The company and the recruitment agency will sign off on the mutually prepared contract that includes all the financial and non-financial related terms and conditions.

The employer will issue a demand letter after clearly stating the required number of workers, salary, and other terms and conditions.

The employer and recruitment agencies will recruit and supply workers with the appr o val of the two countries respective governments. If there is a dispute between the government's rules and the company's agreement, the agreement will be deemed null and void.

The employer will provide all the required legal documents to the recruitment agency. If the visa does not issue due to a change in government policies, the employer will assist in the recruitment process.

The employer will have the right to interview the candidates or grant this right to the recruitment agency.

The recruiting agency will send the employee's bio data, medical report, photo, and a copy of the passport to the employer within 15 working days from the date of the formal legal agreement. After the selection of candidates, visa processing can be initiated.

The recruitment agency will assist employees for immigration formalities, medical tests, orientations, and related embassies, and any other rele vant issues, which should be done in home country of employee.

The recruiting agency will provide flight schedule details to the employer. The employer will make the necessary arrangements to receive the employees at the airport.

As per the company's policy and the government law, the employer will provide free accommodation and other necessary facilities including medical and insurance coverage.

The probationary period for the employees should be as per the Labour Law of the respective country, within the of probationary period if an employee is medically unfit or incompetent for specific works, Company may dismiss and repatriate to employee to the home country of employee and the cost will be incurred by the recruitment agency depending or as per signed contract.

If any employee is injured, the employer will bear all the expenses. If an employee dies, the employer will notify the recruitment agency and the dead body will be sent back to home country of employee.

Note: The above-mentioned Terms and Conditions are universal and common. However, we will consider the signed contract from both parties (Company and Agency) as final and legal document.
